Hazy amber. Aroma is grainy cereal bread hops feinwürzig malt juice. Well balanced. Taste is sweet malt with lots of juicy feinwürzig hops. Very drinkable. Amazing!

Clear golden. Aroma is somewhat grainy but nicely integrated base, noble hops light mandarin powdered sugar. Taste is balanced light sweet malty base with feinwürzig hops. A bit chewy but light to drink without lacking body. So solid and pleasant without any flaws... it's actually amazing.

440 ml can. Murky black with a mocha colored head. Ashes, leather, iron, earthy notes, burnt rubber, cocoa, burnt malt, licorice, robusta coffee beans. Intense bitterness, some boozy sweetness. Full bodied, slick texture, soft carbonated, long bitter finish. Really nice bitter and bold Imperial Stout, alcohol well hidden, nice to drink.

Hazy amber. Aroma is very perfumed floral with wet grains and some yeasty base. Taste is balanced bitter melasses and hops with some fresh sour floral notes and a sweet malty yeasty base. The perfumed notes are a little over the top for me. Alright.

Lightly cloudy pale yellow with minimal head. Some light citrus and spice. A bit thin and watery. Nice without much intrigue.

Oily black with a light brown head. Aroma full of dark chocolate and coffee with strong roasted undertones. Taste is a touch dessert-like up front, then turns immediately bitter with a slightly salty or soy sauce diversion. Bittersweet at the finish with lingering chocolate and a bit of alcohol, that latter being the only flaw. Full-bodied, rich, pleasant.

Generally not a fan of smoked brews but this is reserved enough to be on fleek. Smoked roasted malts, salty ham, sweet malts, caramel. Medium bodied. I really dig this and I’m pretty sure that’s the first time I’ve said that.

Ganstaller x Sakiskiu Burned Malt Rauch marzen30 IBU 5.5% Deep reddish brown with a tan head and a medicinal, prayed malt type smokiness with iodine notes. Very smooth medium bodied brew that gives you smoke, caramel and bready grains. Really nice Smokey stuff.

Can at home, 5th March 2022. Pours clear and golden. Aroma is honey, hops, caramel. Taste is smooth, caramel, loads of floral hops, honey, grass, weed, tasty and a bitter hoppy finish. Lovely beer.

Can. Bright hop nose, peaches, oranges, rich biscuity malt. Hazy golden-orange color with tall, thick head. Hoppy flavor with rich, juicy malt and juicy hops, crackers, biscuits, orange, peach, toast, and then a very strong bitterness. Great malt and hop aroma, the hoppiest Heller bock I have had, for sure, but not an IPL, it tastes like a bock. This starts out perfectly, but the bitterness is too much for me. It left an unpleasant taste lingering for a long time.
