Crowler/can fresh from the brewery - turbid gold - this is some spicy, dank beer here - potent bitterness up front, followed by pepper, peach, orange - finishes like seriously dank weed, white th lingering spiciness - a little sharp compared to some of their other hoppy ales, but still quite nice.

Crowley/can fresh from the brewery - hazy straw color - foamy, thick lace - soft texture - this brewer continues to grow in his prowess with Brett - mildly sweet up front, soft notes of wheat, honey - dries out through the middle, bringing light pepper, coriander - finish is spicy, lightly funky, with some underlying melon, lemon, light buggy character - bright and vibrant throughout - tasty!

Tap at Goed Zuur. Cloudy pale gold with a low head. Nose is funky brett, grape, citrus fruit, something sake light that is a bit weird. flavor is grainy, sake, crreamy, funky, citrus. Something doesn't really come together in this for me, but it is interesting.

10 ounce at the brewery - hazy medium good - lovely carbonation - nose of bubblegum, tropical fruit, white grape - flavor is moderately acidic, very mildly funky - flavors of delicately soft maltiness, white grape, pear - finishes with slightly increased funkiness - interesting.

Pint at the brewery - turbid gold - creamy texture - the bitter hop combo in this one creates less enjoyability for me, as I taste notes of yarrow/aspirin on the tail end - there’s some grapefruit pith and pineapple in there - some herbs and pepper - not their best hoppy ale.

Half pour at the brewery - dark brown, nearly black pour - smooth and rich, without high or abrasive acidity you can sometime get in coffee stouts - notes of chocolate, cherry, berry, vanilla - rich, smooth, flavorful - solid coffee stout.

10 ounce at the brewery - hazy dark brown/amber - creamy texture - fairly full-bodied - quite sweet, with touches of dark fruit, caramelized sugars, dark bread - moderate peat comes out on the back end, along with some spiciness - at times a tad medicinal, but it's still decent.

10 ounce at the brewery - dark brown, nearly black pour - creamy, soft texture - rich but super dry maltiness, with notes of chocolate, roast, smoke, dark bread, earthy mushroom - the Brett adds light funk, fruit phenolics - everything comes together really well in this - a complex and tasty beer, and the best Brett-based beer this brewery's done yet.

Tap at the brewery - turbid gold with a fluffy head - nose and flavor of complex fruity hoppiness up front (tropical fruit, berries, peach), followed by pepper, dankness, pine - mild sweetness on the tail end, along with lingering pepper - their best attempt at a stronger hoppy ale so far.

10 ounce at the brewery - nose of apricot, pineapple, white grape, mild funk - flavors of white wine, mild malic and lactic tartness - some pineapple and apricot - finishes try and oaky, with light pepper - refreshing, but was hoping for more depth.
