De brouwerij werd in 2015 gestart door Janneke Pieters en Mary-jane Snelders. Sinds maart 2017 runt Janneke alleen de brouwerij. In juni 2017 opende de brouwerij haar deuren aan de Uilenburg 1 in Den Bosch. Maar in augustus 2021 werd de brouwinstallatie te koop gezet en ging men op zoek naar een groter pand en grotere installatie. Tot die tijd gaat de onderneming verder als brouwerijhuurder.

Bottle @ home. Red to brown colour with a small off-white head. Smells malts, caramel, biscuitty. Tastes malty, watery. If you try hard enough the aftertaste maybe has a hint of bruine boterhammen with chocoladepasta. But with a name like this I expect a liquid dessert and this beer isn’t one. So I’m a bit dissappointed and so is my girlfriend. Thin body, medium carbo.

Bottle @ home. Clear golden color, virtually no head. Smell and taste wheat, a slight sweetish fruity hint in the background and (Dutch) "een beetje weeig". That’s about it. Not a lot of aroma, not a lot of flavor, not a lot of reasons to buy this beer.

Bottle at home, golden beer, small head. Aroma is fruit, yeast, sweet. Taste is the same, meh drinkable but not special.

Sampled @ Nederlands Speciaalbier Festival, Den Bosch 2016. Murky peachy color, small white head. Smell and taste wheat, sweetish, somewhat floral and some yeast. Average body, soft carbonation. Meh.

Sampled @ Nederlands Speciaalbier Festival, Den Bosch 2016. Dark brown color with a somewhat reddish color coming through. Average to medium sized off-white head. It comes across as a mix between an Abbey Dubbel, a porter and a watery stout. Sweetish, slightly nutty, caramel and caramel sweetness. Decent body and carbonation.

Sampled @ Nederlands Speciaalbier Festival, Den Bosch 2016. Opaque pale yellow color, small white head. Aroma is wheat, a bit grainy, slight floral hint. Taste wheat, again lightly grainy, lightly floral again and a slight underlying bitterness. Hmm ok.
