Description
Established and owned by Mathieu Aubert. Before December 2014 the brewery was active in Verzenay and between January 2015 and April 2016 in Courlandon before moving to Cormontreuil in 2019.
Launching his microbrewery is a dream come true for Mathieu Aubert. In 2011, he created La Bouquine to offer fans a beautiful collection of artisanal beers that are not lacking in originality. From the powerful, malty aromas of Triple Pan to Back in Black in ebony robe, to the exotic notes of lychee and General Nelson's passion fruit, his richly flavored creations should seduce connoisseurs.

Bottle in Reimes. Sweetish neutral beginning. Easy to drink with a grainy neutral sweetish touch. Not bad with a grainy finish.
