Keg at the brewery, 9/13/23. Hazy amber, large off-white head, good retention. Aroma of grapefruit, tropical fruit. Taste is grapefruit, caramel, toast, pine, lemon. Strong bitterness.

Keg at the brewery, 9/13/23. Black, large tan head, average retention. Aroma of roast, rye, chocolate, green hops. Taste is rye, roast, coffee, cherry, toast. Slick, well balanced. Almost chewy. Very nice.

New brewery! Brewery # 2236, USA # 1833, Washington # 34. This was probably my favorite brewery of the entire trip, WA and OR included. Hazy orange, thin offwhite head, average retention. Aroma of grapefruit, mango, pineapple. Taste is dank, resin, grapefruit, tropical fruit, pale malt. Moderate bitterness.

Can at the SHIG parachutes in with beavers to the Boise Crew tasting: Poured an unclear yellow with a white frothy head. Aroma is hoppy, fruity. Taste is citrus, fruity, bitter hops.

16oz can pours out hazy straw topped with a white head. Nose is nice hop mix some citrus and melon. Taste is more of the citrus hops a little cereal malt.
