ABV: 6.1%. ✅ Clear medium amber yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, fruity malt, pale malt, caramel - sweet malt, moderate hoppy, fruity hops, light pine. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration, pine - woody hops, sweet malt - caramel, pale malt. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. --Bottled. -- Hazy golden, mid sized head. Fruity nose with tangerine and aromatic rice. Mid sweet with medium body and soft mouthfeel. Tangerine and startfruit, some saké-like fruity component. Low bitterness.

--Bottled. -- Clear deep golden, mid sized head. Phenolic nose with sweet apple and grapefruit. Mid dry with medium body and clean mouthfeel. Phenolic apples and resinous grapefruit. Very bitter finish. Edgy.

Tap at 3.14. Interesting. Reminds me of ginseng tea. Got that rice ale grainy sweetness, which I'm not a huge fan of, but it's interesting. Strangely creamy too. Quite unique.

very pale golden color. Light frothy Head. Ipa using rice from Minori area. Very light tropical fruity nose. Light body, slight grassy but good tropical fruit notes. Very easy drinking off sweet. Light medium bitterness. Nice

Taster at brew 3.15. Pine city is just a nickname for the city it’s brewed in, but the strong pine aroma might have you fooled. There’s a good funky kick after the pine, with a very fruity dry finish. A little bit too confused flavour profile.
