Bottle picked up from Beyond Beer Webshop Hamburg and consumed at home Tuesday 9th March 2021 *breaking my own rule of not drinking on a Tuesday (works been hectic for Loz). Spaghetti Bolognese for tea and 6Music on the radio, Steve Lamaq. Pours dark chestnut with a light beige head, malty with raisins, soft moutheel, cocoa powder, there is a very slight infection here in my opinion, but it is very slight. Ok

0,33 l bottle out of the mixed Senatsbock 6er. A darkest red brown with a more than one finger beige head in the glass. Shy sweet malty smell. Taste is malty, mid roasted, little bit dry, berry fruits. Some nuts. Very low carbonated. Easy to drink. Okay.

Flasche in einem Blockhaus Restaurant in Berlin. Dunkles trübes Bernstein, viel beiger Schaum, kleinporig. Aroma: Malz, Karamell ein bisschen Weihnachtsgewürz, Banane. Geschmack: Moderat süß, etwas scharf auf der Zunge, leicht bitter im Gaumen. Karamell, Malz, etwas Banane im Hintergrund.
