Thanks to quack-duck for that one. Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts mild, fine malty, modest spicy. Mild-dry background. Finish with some malty-wheaty notes. Well balanced and quite drinkable. Nice!

Thanks to quack-duck for that one. Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass light brown, small head. Starts mild, mild-malty, not very dry. Mild-roasty notes, some fruity hints of raisins. Finish still mild, almost washy. Not bad, but a bit boring.

Thanks to quack-duck for that bottle. Looks simple but okay. Beer in the glass not too zippy, small head. Starts mild, dominated by malty notes, more and more grasy-malty, a bit moldy. Not very dry. Well balanced finish with a grasy-malty aftertaste. Not bad!

Thanks to quack-duck for that one! Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice creamy head. Starts mild, fine malty-yeasty, not too dry. Modest sweet. Fruity notes if banana and some apricot. Finish still fine yeasty-sweet. Nice hefeweizen!

bottle, bought at the brewery. Cloudy straw-yellow colour, creamy white head. Lovely wheaty-yeasty nose. Medium-bodied with a nice malty sweetness, a pleasant yeasty touch that adds a shy fruitiness (without the omnipresent exaggerated banana and bubblegum). Smooth palate and carbonation, quite velvety. Very well crafted, a very nice beer.

Bottle: Amber coloured, mid-sized, slowly diminishing off-white head; metallic, dryish dark-malty nose; moderate - dryish as well - bitter-sweet flavour, light bodied; slightly lingering hoppy and caramelly finish. O.K., but not too pleasant..............

(33cl bottle, courtesy of Quack-Duck) Clear, dark brown colour with a short off-white foamy layer. Sweet and moderately toasted malty nose with caramel/toffee, a touch of barnyard and shy hoppy notes in the background. Light (burnt) bitter flavour, light bodied with a soft mouthfeel. Toasty malty taste with caramel; moderately dry and toasty finish with a delicate bitterness. A bit one-dimensional but also easy drinkable Dunkel (26.08.08).

(bottle) Clear, golden colour with a mid-sized foamy white head. Discreet aroma: slightly sweet grainy nose with shy grassy and herbal hops. Medium-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a smooth mouthfeel. Initially malty and slightly grainy taste with upcoming herbal hoppy spots, leading into a dry and moderately hop bitter finish with notes of citrus in the aftertaste. Decent stuff (19.08.08).
