This is a Christmas brew from the micro brewery of Savonlinna. Name means "Good Thomas". Thomas is celebrated every year the 21st of December and it is said that "Christmas arrives with Good Thomas". Red ruby color, nice creamy off-white head and lace. Lightly hoppy and nutty aroma with hints of horse blanket. Medium-bodied with crisp carbonation in the beginning. Good nutty malty palate, mild citrusy English hops. Mild hoppy and malty aftertaste. Suprisingly full for being only 4.1%. No Christmas connection found ...

Draught (8.0%). Dark nutbrown, hazy colour, no head to mention. Aroma of juniper and sweet malts. Flavour is sweet juniper, malts and caramel. Very smooth, but at the same time a bit "drawn-back", it could be a bit more aggressive. Hides it’s ABV well though.

Dark nut brown, no head. Strong sweet berry, sugar and alcohol aroma, harsh. Sweet, sugary, hints of banana and juniper - low carbonation. Sticky aftertaste with molasses. Delicious - almost like Finnish low-alcohol table beer or Russian kvass. Like a good sahti, this hides ABV compeletely.

A bit hazy blonde golden color. Small white head. Interesting floral, hoppy, yeasty aroma. Light, slightly sour, dry mouthfeel with mild hops and wood. (6/2/5/2/9 2.4)

Clear golden color, steady small white head. Aroma has barley and honey. Medium-bodied. Malty with honey sweetness. Maybe not the most enjoyable but well-made honey beer, some similarities to Sinebrychof Kaura. (6/2/6/2/10 2.6)

Clear golden colour. Abnormally fluffy head. Fruity aroma (pear, berry) with slight pale malt notes. Very sweet palate, quite fruity with peachy, canned pear notes. Different because it’s so sweet, but it seems to work on some level. It’s only slightly sugary.
