The beer we brew is the result of careful craftsmanship. We use carefully selected hops and malt, ancient grains and clean, local water.

Huvila beers were previously brewed by ex-brewpub Panimoravintola Huvila (-2009).

0,33l can from K-Supermarket Soukka. BBE 17.11.2022. Clear amber beer with medium, quickly vanishing head. Aroma has malts, bread and caramel. Flavor has malts, caramel, grain, bread and some earthy notes with herbs. Medium body and carbonation, quite ok.

Can 330ml
A bit cloudy golden colour, small white head. Light fruityness, touch of sweetness (diacetyl?). LIght-bodied. Fruityness, Saimaa-like harshness, sweetness which may be diacetyl. Harsh IPA.

Bottle 0.33l at home, Nivala. BBE 06.08.22. Enjoyed straight from the bottle. Aromas and flavours: Some fruits, some grass, some hops... juts easy.

Smell of straw, redcurrant. Cloudy straw colour, white head. Aroma of malt, straw, some faint berries. Mildly bitter, mildly sour. Lively carbon.

Tap at Sortavala, Helsinki. Color is dark brown with small slightly brownish head. Aromas and flavors: Some dark chocolate, some raisins, some rum (artificial), some coffee and roasted malts.

Tap @ Maltainen Metso Vantaa. Poured pretty much black in color, off white dense head. Liqueur candy flavor, rhum raisin pushing through. Roasty Feels light for the abv.

(Bottle) Dark brown colour with frothy, beige head. Malty nose with dark bread, wort, caramel, treacle-toffee, dried figs, prunes, orange peel, red berries and a touch of apricot marmalade. Malty taste with notes of caramel, wort, dark bread, treacle-toffee, orange peel, apricot marmalade and a mild spicy bitterness in a vinous and warming finish. Almost full body, sweet. Tasty, warming and quite well balanced winter warmer. Nice one.

Bottled 330ml (KCM Puuvilla)
Dark golden, a bit cloudy with small white head. Light malty, hints of berryish maybe? and earthy hops in the nose. Light-bodied. Sweetish malty, light herbal hops, Sorachi Ace nor red currant juice aren't very strong in the flavour. Easy, tastes less gimmicky than specs indicate.
