Bottle 33 cl. Pours an opaque black with a small, beige head. Sweet roast nose with both licorice and sweet chocolate. Solid body, again roast and licorice with a hint of smoky malts. Malt biter finish. A solid, classic take on an Imperial Stout. 130220

0,5l can from S-Market Vihti. Enjoyed straight from the can. Aroma has citrus and herbal notes. Flavor has grape, citrus and herbs. Nice and smooth IPA.

On tap @ Bruuveri, Helsinki. Black beer with light beige stable head. Aroma has mint and chocolate. Flavor has mint and chocolate too with some malt. Medium- body. Totally a glass full of After Eight!

330ml bottle, thanks to djoeye for sharing. Spotty lacing from a stable tan-coloured head. Deep black body. Good looking, indeed. Smell of earth and grainy chocolate, lightly roasted. Mid-sweet choco-coffee flavours followed by a lingering malty ending, warm and smooth. Nice sipper qualities. (Rating session with Finn, lmojoh and djoeye, PivotekaH7, Tromsø 03.12.2019).

(Cask at Angleterre, 20191205) The beer poured black. Its head was medium sized and lightly brown. Aroma had After Eight chocolate bits and burnt malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were After Eight chocolate, sweetness, burnt malts and bitterness. Aftertaste had mint and bitterness. A too spicy burnt brew.

330ml bottle, thanks to djoeye for sharing. White-pinkish head. Red-brownish body, scattered lacing. Restrained aroma of berry-fruit. Tart and sweet berries to the taste buds. Drying ending, tart and sweet. Drinkable without further excitements. (Session at PivotekaH7 with lmojoh, Finn and djoeye, Tromsø 03.12.2019).
