A brewpub located in the heart of the Germantown - Schnitzelburg neighborhood of Louisville, KY. We have up to 20 beers on tap, brewed on-site.

Draft with dinner. Dark mahogany pour. Nose is fruity and bready. Tastes of jackfruit, wine, cinnamon, cakey bread. Odd brew but kinda good.

Taster at brewery. Brown, cloudy, thin skin of beige head. Savory, malty aroma, woody. Taste starts sweet and stays sweet throughout with minor savory, spicy notes. Warm at the finish.

Taster at brewery. Clear amber, small bubbly head. Aroma is a combo of malt and citrus. Taste showcases the citrus, orange peel, floral, sweet.

Cherry, raisin, candi sugar, caramel malt, and hay aroma. Cloudy amber with small head. Very sweet berry, dried fruit, caramel malt, and moderately bitter alcohol and hay flavor. Good body - bourbon finish. Excellent.

On tap at Shelton Festival. Pours a copper gold with small paperthin white head. The aroma is floral, earth, dark fruit, yeast. Light body, earth, raisin, yeast, light dry finish, good.
