Draught @ Pikkulintu. Aroma is grainy and fruity with peaches and tropical fruits. Flavour has hayish grain, tropical fruits and minerals. Easy-going and good, could have more fruits though.

Aroma mørke bær,(solbær) lakris. Utseende mørk brun med lyst beige skum. Smak bær, lakris, malt, noe skogaktig. En lett syrlig lite porteraktig øl. God øl

Tap at Pikkulintu, Helsinki. Colour is clear orange with small white head. Aromas and flavors: Some fruits, some distant hints of pine, herbs, some perfume, hops and malts. Weird. Strange hints of lipstick.

(Keg at William K Kurvi, 20161102) The beer poured deep amber and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had caramel, herbalness and malts. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were herbalness, sweetness, caramel, soap and bitterness. Aftertaste was hoppy and bitter. The hop profile in this beer was something I don’t like.

Draught @ Captain Corvus. Aroma has malt and tropical fruits. Peaches also. Flavour has peaches, resiny malt, tropical fruits and minerals. Faint traces of vegetables on some sips. Good.

Draught @ Captain Corvus, Espoo. Thanks seilori! Aroma of malts, caramel, pine and biscuity. Taste is malty, caramely, biscuity, grassy and slightly sweetish with some toffee and pine. Finish is sweetish, malty and slightly stuffy with some caramel, toffee, pine and biscuits. Feels more like an English pale ale.

Kirkas, kullankeltainen olut kohtalaisella pienikuplaisella valkoisella vaahdolla, jota jää pieni kerros oluen pinnalle säilyen loppuun asti. Miedossa tuoksussa kevyttä maltaisuutta ja aavistuksen hedelmäinen. Maun osalta ensimmäisenä iskee hyvin vahva hiilihappoinen raikkaus. Kevyttä ja raikasta kesäjuomaa tämä ainakin on. Tarkemmin tutkiessa ja maistellessa mausta onnistuu löytämään myös ruohoisuutta, lievää hedelmäisyyttä ja maltaisuutta. Prosentteihin nähden yllättävän keskitäyteläinen suutuntuma eikä lainkaan vetinen.

Punertavankuparinen kirkas ja reilusti kupliva olut todella tiiviillä ja pysyvällä vajaan sentin vaaleanbeigellä vaahtokerroksella. Tuoksu maltainen, toffeinen ja limppuinen. Maultaan karamellisen maltainen, aavistuksen verran paahteinen ja hyvin hentoisesti katkeroitu. Keskitäyteläinen suutuntuma, sopivasti hiilihappoinen, ei lainkaan vetinen.
