Can 500ml (BB 05/2011)
Dark clear amber color, small beige head. Bready, slightly vegetably aroma, quite typical to Mallaskoski. Light to medium bodied. Grassy, caramelly and bready malty flavor. Some lingering bitterness in the finish. As all current Mallaskoski products, has a feeling of big industrial brewing and this is microbrewery!

Canned (from K Citymarket Kivihaka, Vaasa). Very deep amber colour, with small slightly off-white sparkling head that vanishes almost quicker than the head on Coca Cola. Aroma is sweet malts, some mild grains, mild dark dry fruits as well as some earth. Flavour is sweet malts, mild sweetness as well as some slight toasted and grainy notes. Not bad, but just plain simple and a bit boring.

Can. It pours a more or less clear body, amber in color and topped by small, off-white head. Slightly vegetal on the nose, but mostly with caramel. A touch of roasted malts too. The flavor has a hoppy fruityness with bready, caramel malts as a base. Medium body, decent carbonation. Pleasant bitterness in the end. Nothing impressive going on here, it’s mostly boring, but sure drinkable. 101008

500ml can, thanks to Finn for sharing. Clear amber, normal, off-white head leaving lacing behind. Subdued smell of dark fruits. Hints of dark fruit and earthy malts in flavour including a dash of almond. A drop of bitterness to a medium bodied ending. Alright (Tromsø, 16.09.2010).
