Bottled. A hazy deep red beer with a huge orangey head. The aroma is sweet with strong notes of malt and fruits, slightly dried. The flavor is sweet malty with notes of over ripe fruit, spices, and caramel, leading to a dry spicy finish.

On tap @ ’t Pothuiske. Deep dark brown colour, tan head. Aroma of roasted malts and cacao powder. Flavour is dry, roasted malts, bitter chocolate. Bitter finish. Really nice bock, not nearly as sweet as other Dutch bock beers.

Bottle thanks to bu11zeye. Marked as best by 09. Pours with a huge, fluffy white heead and a clear golden body. Aroma has some sour funk, dryness with some grapes and a decenet amount of alcohol. Taste is hidden by a champagne like fizz. There are also notes of champagen on the taste and a mineral astringency and tartness. Lightly tart with some brett. Very much too fizzy on the mouth, ultra dry and warming.

On tap @ my faculty. A not so good interpretation of a German hefeweizen. Fruity and spicy, bit sour. Drank a lot so I could get a free glass, but it was a struggle to finish them.
