Malty, sweet and heavy with some berries, bitter coffee beans, hints of banana and yeastiness. Interesting, but a bit unbalanced sahti with coffee.

CBH2026. Mild smell of rye. Muddy brown colour, negligible beige head. Aroma of rye, banana, apparently cascara. Much more dampened flavours than the basic version. No carbon. Lightly sweet, lightly bitter.

CBH2026. Smell of juniper, rye bread, banana, some herbs. Muddy brown colour, negligbile beige head. Aroma of rye, baking yeast, juniper, some banana and herbal notes. No carbon. Medium sweet, lightly sour. Great sahti.
