Bottled (thanks Kim!). Golden colour, small slightly off-white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, some mild earthy and mild resiny notes. Flavour is fruity, some grainy and mild spruce and quite hoppy bitter notes.

(Keg at Oljenkorsi, 20161013) The beer brown and cloudy. Its head was small and white. Aroma had banana, juniper and malts. Palate was medium bodied and sticky with medium carbonation. Flavours were juniper, banana, malts, sweetness and low bitterness. Aftertaste was sweet and bitter. A bit weird sahti but not bad.

Draught@Craft Beer Helsinki 2016. Black colour, small brown head. Aroma is liquorice, some sweetness, mild chocolate and some slight toffee. Flavour is quite similar, but also has some ripe fruits and some slight roasted notes.

Hazy, orange brown beer with a large head. Nice and fresh aroma of mango and wheat & grass. Taste has some mango, spices and grass. Mid balanced, quite low carbonates. Nice and refreshing saison.

Mild smell of yeast, sour apple, grain. Muddy amber colour, very high beige head. Aroma of pepper, yeast, overripe mango, some grain and mold. Should me much more fresh. Medium bitter, lightly sour. Wild carbon, slightly oily and viscous texture.

Draught @ Ota Olut! Pours dark reddish orange with a tiny head. Aroma of ripe banana, yeast, juniper, earthy notes, berries and bready maltiness, hints of glue. Taste is sweet and yeasty with some earthiness, ripe banana, juniper, bready malts and hints of glue. Finish is sweet and stuffy with loads of yeast and ripe banana. Sweet and slightly unbalanced Sahti.

Draught @ Ota Olut! Aroma is strong on juniper. Also some banana. Flavour has strong juniper tobes, flour, sweet malt and banana. Cut down the juniper and flour and this will be as great as Finlandia.

33cl bottle from Pien, Helsinki. Pours clear golden with a modest, white head, Hoppy and fruity aroma with citrus, pine and hints of grass and malt. Moderate sweet with rather nice and refreshing hoppy flavours and a pleasant bitterness. Fruity and easy to drink. Enjoyable APA.

(Bottle, 0.33 l - batch 13 - BB 20/07/2017, from Alko, 20160908) The beer poured amber and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had sweetness, spiciness and fruitiness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were sweetness, fruitiness, spiciness, grass, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was sweet, spicy and bitter. A bit harsh saison.
