Mild smell of yeast, sour apple, grain. Muddy amber colour, very high beige head. Aroma of pepper, yeast, overripe mango, some grain and mold. Should me much more fresh. Medium bitter, lightly sour. Wild carbon, slightly oily and viscous texture.

Draught @ Ota Olut! Pours dark reddish orange with a tiny head. Aroma of ripe banana, yeast, juniper, earthy notes, berries and bready maltiness, hints of glue. Taste is sweet and yeasty with some earthiness, ripe banana, juniper, bready malts and hints of glue. Finish is sweet and stuffy with loads of yeast and ripe banana. Sweet and slightly unbalanced Sahti.

Draught @ Ota Olut! Aroma is strong on juniper. Also some banana. Flavour has strong juniper tobes, flour, sweet malt and banana. Cut down the juniper and flour and this will be as great as Finlandia.

33cl bottle from Pien, Helsinki. Pours clear golden with a modest, white head, Hoppy and fruity aroma with citrus, pine and hints of grass and malt. Moderate sweet with rather nice and refreshing hoppy flavours and a pleasant bitterness. Fruity and easy to drink. Enjoyable APA.

(Bottle, 0.33 l - batch 13 - BB 20/07/2017, from Alko, 20160908) The beer poured amber and hazy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had sweetness, spiciness and fruitiness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were sweetness, fruitiness, spiciness, grass, malts and bitterness. Aftertaste was sweet, spicy and bitter. A bit harsh saison.

An slightly orange beer, a head is medium and blond. Aroma has fruitness, lemon, some peppery spicyness, hint of tartness. Honest aroma of saison. Taste has fruitness, strong spicyness, also some bitterness, some peppers, quite dry. Medium+ bodied, could be also lighther, medium carbonation. Tasteful, strongly spicy saison. Succesfully beer.

Melko tumman punertavanruskea olut vaahtoaa hyvin vähäisesti. Tuoksu karamellisen maltainen ja melko kevyesti eksoottisen hedelmäinen. Sitrusta ja havuisuutta. Kaiken kaikkiaan tuoksu on kuitenkin melko mieto. Maku makeahkon karamellinen ja kuivan, hieman sitruksisen katkera ja havuinen. Suutuntuma on keskitäyteläinen ja hiilihappoja hyvin vähäisesti. Tuntuu jopa hieman flätiltä. Ei todellakaan raikas IPA ja ei tämä nyt ihan toimi tällaisenaan. Vielä on uudella mustalaispanimolla hieman tekemistä.

Hieman utuinen oranssinkuparinen olut kohtalaisella valkoisella, mutta melko nopeasti katoavalla vaahdolla. Tuoksu raikas, eksoottisen hedelmäinen, mäntyinen. Maku maltainen, eksoottisen hedelmäinen ja havuisen greippinen. Raikas, hiilihappoinen suutuntuma. Ei liian ohut suutuntuma. Erinomainen APA
