Sample @ Brewdog Helsinki. Aroma has sweetish berry juice and fruitiness. Also mild tartness. Flavour has tartish beery juice, flour. Bush leaves and minerals in the finish. Aroma was promising but flavour is a bit off. Rye is hardly present.

33cl bottle @Brewdog helsinki. Pours deep amber with a thick white head. Sweet fruity, berry notes in aroma. Flavor has caramel, dark fruits, hops, citrusy notes as well in finish.

(Keg at BrewDog Helsinki, 20150919) The beer poured golden and quite cloudy. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had rye-lingonberry porridge and tartness. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were sweetness, lingonberry, sweetness, rye porridge and bitterness. Aftertaste had rye and bitterness. A nice brewing showing rye and lingonberry flavours.

Tap@ Brewdog Helsinki. Murky amber with a thin white head. Thin bodied, fruity aroma, raisins, citrus notes. Flavor has citrus, mild berry notes and hops. Bit thin perhaps. Easy drinkability but kinda low in flavor.

(Bottle, 0.33 l - batch 1 - BBE 3/2016, at BrewDog Helsinki, 20150919) The beer poured deep amber and clear. Its head was medium sized and white. Aroma had malts and caramel. Palate was medium bodied with medium carbonation. Flavours were malts, molasses, sweetness, pine and bitterness. Aftertaste was malty and bitter. More like an amber ale than an IPA. Rather tasty anyhow.

Bottle 0.33l at Brewdog Helsinki, Helsinki. BBE 3/2016. Humalove Batch 1. Colour is cloudy dark orange with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Pine, resiny, some caramel, some fruits, hops and malts. Not usual IPA (which is good). Little bit of watery for me. Juicy and little bit of flat but I like this basic flavour.

Tap at Brewdog Helsinki, Helsinki. Colour is deep cloudy orange with small white head. Aromas and flavours: Berries, lingonberries, fruits, some grain, some hops and malts. Very juicy, relatively clean but body just doesn’t make it to the end. Fresh.
