Can. A golden beer with a white head. The aroma is sweet with notes of lemon and malt. The flavor is sweet with primaty notes of lemon and malt, but also light notes of brewmash, leading to a slightly bitter end. A bit boring.

(Can 50 cl) Courtesy of tbone_. Slightly hazy pilsener golden with a white head. Somewhat floral hop aroma. Medium body with lightly sweet malt and then some fruity and fresh accents of aroma hops. Positively surprised by this. 230407

Sample from can. Pours pale yellow with white head. Aroma is barnyard and malty. Hoppy flavour, almost soapy. Good spicy notes. Dry finish with hops and spices.

Pale blond color. Honeyish aroma. Some malt flavor, honey, a touch of lemon zest; strong ending bitterness. I expected a bad beer, it’s not so bad.

This is a new lager yeast porter from Laitilan Wirvoitusjuomatehdas. Almost opaque black, small tan head. A bit sweet, toasted aroma, not very strong. Creamy mouthfeel, toasted malty and a bit sweetish flavor. Long roasted and slightly hoppy aftertaste. (6/4/7/3/14 3.4)
Re-rated, bottled (BB 02/2009)
Almost opaque dark brown color, nice medium-sized expresso head. Chocolate and cold coffee in the nose. Very roasted flavor: dark chocolate, some sweetness too, but not lactose sweetness like in the sweet stouts, but more caramelly. Coffee beans in the aftertaste. Overall quite roasted, but nicely drinkable: not feeling like 6,5% except with warming aftertaste. Bottled version is a positive suprise. Balanced and enjoyable. (7/4/7/4/15 3.7)

500ml can. Clear, pale body with a nice white head. Malty aroma. Flavor is malty and not so much more. This is not a very cocky beer.

Can. Clear, brown beer with a decent beige head. Some vegetables in the aroma, as well as a weak maltyness and some caramel-sweetness. Malty flavor with a weak roasted touch and a decent hop-level. Medium body. A decent dunkel, but far from a world classic. (070317)
