A light coppery colour, a head is quite small and blond. Aroma has pine, resin. Taste has pine, resin, green herbs, medium bitterness and quite dry. Medium bodied. Big plus for bitterness level. Good beer.

Smell of rye bread, raisins, hops. Hazy honey colour, small off-white head. Aroma of spruce, caramel, some raisins and oak. Round malty finish. Medium carbon. Bitter, finishes medium sweet.

Draught@SOPP Helsinki 2024. Slighly reddish orange colour with a small white foamy head. Aroma is berries, some mild citrus, wood, mild grandma's berry juice and some slight herbal tones. Flavour is quite sweet, with some citrus, mild herbal and berry tones with a bit of spicy yeastiness to it. Not your typical saison, but maybe still developing with time.

Draught@Rotterdam, Helsinki. Hazy golden colour with a small white foamy head. Aroma is wheat, some yeasty and bananaish tones with some mild herbal and citrusy tones. Flavour is quite much the same elements as the aroma, but also some mild white peppery elements.

Draught@SOPP Tampere 2024. Purple colour with a small pink head. Aroma is apples and blackcurrant with some slight tart wooden and herbal tones to it. Flavour is blackccurrant, some tealeafs, mild apples with some slight wooden tones too. Somewhat dry palate.

Draught@Plevna, Tampere. Red colour with a small pink head, which vanishes quite quickly. Aroma is blackcurrant, some sugar and mild toffee tones to it. Flavour is blackcurrant, some slight sugary and mild herbal tones.
