10-02-19 // 500ml can. Very clear golden. White head. Malty citrus nose. Malty backbone. A bit too much cara malt. Classic C-hops. The Mosaic in dryhopping cant shine through. Good bitterness. 500ml can kindly shared by Finn. A clear warm golden body under a remaining white head. Fragile lacing. Sweet dough fruity nose, hints of alcohol. Rather sweet taste of of grain, apricot, sweet apples and almond followed by notes of metallic alcohol. A bit heavy to drink in the long run. Accepted. (Tromsø 24.01.2019).
