Nice amber color, but the head disappears quickly. Nice aroma, with malt and hops; later the cereals aroma is more evident, with some sweetness and light fruitness as well. Too much oily; malty, not enough bitter. More bitter at the end, with more caramel. Raw!

Deep blond color, poor head. Malty aroma, raw cereals. Very much homebrew style lager; too watery final.

Hazy orange color. A real aroma, very nice. The taste is not sour enough, much more bitter than usual. A nice try, unique in the Swiss beer panorama.

Hazy blond color. Aroma of malt, cereals, hop. Similar taste. Maybe a bit yeasty, and the raw cereals is too much present; a bit over-bitter. Must be improved, but already a nice try…

Vintage 2003
Cloudy amber color; poor head retention. Malty aroma, with a spicy touch of cloves. Quite sweet, good body structure, malty, spicy (cloves over all), with a good caramel/bitter final. Must gain some complexity; anyway, it should be better in a couple of years.

Pale yellow color, almost transparent; no carbonation, no head. Sweet, balanced, warming, a bit alcohol, but no traces of Maracuja…

Color is very pale blond; lightly fizzy. Aroma of cider, a bit of honey, apple freshness. Rather sweet, but the mouthfeel is balanced by the carbonation, after all not cloying; closer to a strong cider than a traditional Mead; probably the alcohol puch is too much… Sweetish final.
