At Wortspiele #5. Pours unclear brown with a greenish head. Aroma is butter and vegetables, almost DMS. Body is medium, quite intense, softly sour and rusty, apple butter indeed, lively carbonation. Unusual mix, a bit bitter, also needs more body.

At Wortspiele #5. Pours unclear yellow. Aroma is butter, phenols, citric hops. Body is medium to low, lively carbonation, some banana, otherwise pretty soft on flavours. Some saison yeast and minerals. Rather dry. Not bad, but a bit boring.

Uhm... I had this beer at Wortspiele #5, but I ate my rating and only have numbers left. This was a full-on Brett beer with all the leather and the stables you can imagine. Also decently sour and not lacking farmhouse character, but that's about all I can remember. Apparently I liked it.

Bottled, thanks Bov! Hazy pale golden, lively head. Light citric nose. Dryish with light body and crisp, rounded mouthfeel. White bread and mild lemon, lightly salty. Low bitterness. Well made, true to its roots.
