Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass zippy, nice head. Starts mild, malty, light sweetish-grainy touch. Some lemon hints. Finish well balanced. Nice.

hazy pale yellow colour, huge, though not too dense snowwhite head; aroma of coriander, lemon zest, some grapefruit, basil, grape peel, grape juice, white wine and wine cellary notes; taste of intensive kinine-like bitterness, grapeseeds, some lemony and grapefruity, as well as slight bready notes; well, I would not say that this is bad but this bitterness in the taste is somehow unbalanced and weird for a saison

At CBFZ 2018. Pours unclear yellow. Aroma is not much, wet clay. Body is light and watery, thin, paperboard. Lively carbonation. Still no flavours. Some hops is there, if you look for it. Okay.

At CBFZ 2018. Pours cloudy yellow. Aroma is lemon, saison yeast, barrel indeed, pencil. Body is medium, young wood throughout, still lemon, soft and light but not simple or thin. Dryish lemon palate. Really good!

Bottle at the hotel in Geneva - picked up at Drinks of the World. Pours rich brown with a creamy, khaki head. Well toasted pine in the nose, soft roast, lime peel, grapefruit. Light-medium sweet flavour with sturdy toasted malts, some earthy bitterness, nips of dusty cocoa, orange rind, more grapefruit pith. Medium bodied with massaging carbonation. Mellow ashy dryness in the finish, scorched earth, citrus peel. Decent CDA.
