0,33 l Steinie bottle from Getränkefeinkost, Münster. Unclear pale golden in the glass with a more than one finger frothy white head. Smells sourish fruity. Taste starts with a short tart part, followed by a more dry grainy section. Increasing mid bitterness. Above average carbonation. Enjoyable stuff.

Gushing to very dense & huge light-yellow head, fully stable over lively carbonated yellow-orange beer with small UFO's. Lactic acid, spices & herbs, wild yeasts, horseblanket & farmyard odours. Diary, pale malts, wild yeasts, but surprisingly little acidity. Again funky-farmyard dominated, horseblanket indicating Brett. No sweetnss, but the chewy breadlike flavour is pure malts. Very slight acidthinning, fizzy carbonation, long-lasting flavours. Warming up, there's a growing flavour as from shellfish - DMS? Aftertaste is just a tad wry. Not half bad, but the nose gave me a totally misleading perception. Pity for the gushing.

Many thanks to Erzengel for sharing! A hazy dark golden beer with a minimal white ring. Aroma of tart fruits, brett, apricot, apples. Taste of phenols, apricot, strong malt, hints of apples.

0.375 l bottle from 'Biermuda', best before June 2018, cellared for about a year. Slightly hazy, dark amber with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Sweetish, slightly sourish, gently fruity and a little funky aroma of plum, lemon, some rhubarb and a touch of horse blanket. Minimally sweet, moderately sour, quite fruity and a bit funky taste of lemon, rhubarb, plum, some blackberry and a touch of horse blanket, followed by a short, medium tart, gently dry and slightly funky finish. Thin to medium body, quite effervescent mouthfeel, very lively carbonation. Really nice Berliner Weisse with moderate acidity and very pleasant plum flavours.

37.5cl bottle. Sourish fruity nose. The beer starts smooth and mild sourish. Fruity and dry, yeast, complex sourness with a smooth sour bitter aftertaste. Very nice and sessionable.

Bottle from Bielefelder Biersalon. fruity nose. The beer starts fruity with an interesting floral herbal back. Nice soured, refreshing with a smooth dry and slightly sourish back. Full in body, the 9%ABV are there, but as the body is light with pale malts and yellow fruits, it is quite sessionable. Fruity long aftertaste, hints of booze, sweetish grain and a moderate sourness.

Bottle. Pours a slightly hazy yellow color with a small white head. Has a fruity weak sour bretty grainy aroma. Fruity malty sour tart flavor. Has a fruity malty weak sour tart bretty finish.
