Bottle. Color: Almost black, light brown head. Aroma: Tart, fruity, leathery funk, subtle smoke. Taste: Moderate tart, fruity orange and hints of red fruit, dark malt, subtle funk, very subtle smoke. Hints of dark chocolate. Medium body, below average carbonation. Very light bitterness. Dry finish. Nice complexity.

Bottle. Color: Clear golden, white head. Aroma: Funky, vinuous, grape. Taste: Light sweet and light to moderate tart, vinuous, lime notes, grape, grape skin, tannins, some oak wood. Rural funk. Very light bitterness. Dry finish. Medium body, below average carbonation. Very balanced. Nice one.

Clear deep golden beer with a white head. Aroma of brett, tart white grapes, wheat malt. Taste of tart white grapes, brett, peach, yeast. Easy to drink.

Almost clear, golden color and a small white head. Grassy-malty nose, herbal-hoppy, faint fruity. Taste starts fruity, malty and hoppy herbal. Crisp and refreshing. Starts like a farmhouse and continuos as a lager. Nice.

--Bottled. -- Clear amber, small head. Aroma of lemon with strong buttery sour cheese component. Tart with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Lemon and spices, but the old butter and sour cheese really takes over, though some of it wears off as it warms.
