Love it! Lots of bitter resinous glory, balanced with a heavy dose of bitter orange. Some funk to liven things up. Would be fun to try it in a year or two.

Great! A strong Bock with a hefty amount of various yeast cultures. Sour but VERY balanced. Wish I had more. Best by 2020. Gift from Uli.

Bottle shared. Crystal clear yellow golden, small head. Green apple, sweet malts, spicy grapes, light zesty, butter, pear, lemon zest. Medium sweet and sour. Full bodied. Nice.

From tap at Constellation, Budapest, 21.09.25. Translucent pale straw colour. Some white head. Excellently complex aroma and taste of wild apples, spontaneous fermentation, apple peel, acidity and sour redcurrants. Good!

Aus der Flasche (bbe 15.02.2031) im 2025-07 getrunken. Diese orange-goldene Ale zeigt erst eine Trauben-Frucht durch den Rotweinfass Ausbau. Die Pfirsich-Aromen verstecken sich etwas wenn das Ale noch kalt ist. Mit steigender Temperatur kommen die Pfirsich-Aromen immer mehr hervor. Die Säure ist eher schwach und rundet das Ale sehr gut ab.

Family BBQ #4: clear golden color and a white head. Tart nose, acidic, grapea, Stone fruits. Sour Taste,fruity flavors of Stone fruits and grapes and grape-skin. Sour & refreshing. Dry. Super-nice.
