Delicious! I like this much more than I did the 2021 batch. Elderflowers, stems, and earth. Balanced acidity.

I've now had 60 Kemkers, and I've never had one explode. Still, I had the foresight to open this one in the sink and I'm glad I did because I lost half the bottle! Very good though. A bit of citrus, somewhat floral, vaguely spicy. Slightly funky.

Misted deep gold, small white head. Lactic. Some candy. Pale malt. Apples & pears . Hay. A hint of vinegar. Stone fruits. Pretty dry. Low bitterness. OK

Bottled. Hazy pale golden, small head. Sour mirabelle aroma. Tart with light to medium body and crisp, rounded mouthfeel. Funky with peach, mirabelles, grass and lactic acid. Mid bitter finish. Elegant and complex.
