Pours clear, pale strawyellow. Small white head. Smell is mildly brett-like. Fresh, floral, malty ( white bread) . Taste is full, tart, very refreshing. Floral, malty, easy going. bready finish. Very nice ! bit lactic, long lasting finish.

Huge thanks to Erzengel for sharing! Beer in the glass not too zippy, small head. Starts quite sourish with some woody notes. Light salty touch. Also some lemon hints. Finish milder, less sourish, a bit spicy. Interesting.

Draught Compact and dense light-yellow head, lacey, over coldhazed clear golden beer. Watery nose, rainwater quality, maybe with a drop of lemon... rainwater lemonsquash? Really... Very lemony, lactic acid, citric acid but not really overly sour. Acids overly a delicate floral flavour, more like the Kemker habit. Obviously very light body, spritzy carbonation - if invisible - finish and aftertaste not watery at all. Refreshing. Aromas are just a wee tad too delicate - but the rest is the expected quality.

Glass from bottle at 'Levendige biercultuur in Duitsland, het Reinheitsgebot beats ALS' Beer Geeks meeting at Davo Bar Arnhem, thanks to Tom T and donation by Jan Kemker. Color: Hazy orange, very thin white head. Aroma: Herbal, clove. Taste: Herbal, moderate sweet, light tart and moderate herbal bitterness. Notes of wormwood, clove, anise, myrtle, cumin, juniper. Complex. Fruity hints of blueberry. Medium body, below avergae carbonation. Funky hints. Nice complexity. Lovely beer.
