On tap @Luppolo Station (Rome). Gialla acida, limpida, schiuma bianca leggera, poco persistente. Al naso note di mela, stalla, leggero solvente. In bocca è mediamente dolce con chiusura acida, secca. Corpo medio, carbonazione media. Non male.

750ml bottle. Minimally cloudy, amber colour with small, frothy, half-way lasting, minimally lacing, white head. Woody, leafy, vinous fruity and mildly funky aroma, hints of grapes, a mild bretty and lactic touch. Taste is mildly tart, woody, leafy, vinous fruity, mildly funky, minimally lactic, hints of grapes. Very harmonious, balanced - nice composition.

Shared @ Koelschtrinker's tasting. Winey woody nose. The beer starts fruity and mild. Easy to drink, slightly grainy with a nice fruitiness. Wood with winey hints, the beer is quite thin, easy to drink with only hints of sourness. Refreshing, nice smooth sourness, easy to drink with a nice woody tannin aftertaste. Very nice and round.
