Draft. A hazy golden beer with a thin beige head. The aroma has notes of lemons, straw, and fruit. The flavor is sweet with notes of straw, malt, and over ripe fruits, leading to a dry finish. Fine, but odd.

Bottle. Color: Hazy golden, lively carbonation, big but quickly collapsing foamy off-white head. Nice lacing. Aroma: Bit tart, fruity, Brett funk. Taste: Fruity notes of yellow stone fruit, apricot, mandarin and orange. Moderate sweet and sourish tart, equal bitterness. Maybe somewhat more sweetness. Quite strong Bretty funk, farmyard and some leather. Subtle herbal and caramel notes. Some wood. Medium to just over medium body, just below average carbonation. Bittery palate at finish. Dry-ish mouthfeel. Not only a Sour / Wild Ale, but also Saison-like in my opinion.

0.33 l bottle from the brewery's web shop, best before March 2021. Hazy, golden with a medium large, frothy, almost stable, white head. Slightly sweetish, gently yeasty-spicy, slightly funky and a bit grassy aroma of hay, lemon peel and traces of barnyard. Minimally sweet, moderately bitter, fairly dry, gently grassy, slightly yeasty-spicy and a bit floral taste of grains, hay, lemon peel and a touch of nettles, followed by a short, moderately bitter, rather dry, grassy and slightly yeasty-spicy finish. Thin body, fairly effervescent mouthfeel, lively carbonation. Solid beer but too much carbonation, even for the style.
