Bottle. Hazy golden color with white head. Aroma is lactic, wheat, dough, some gooseberries, nice balance. Taste is lactic, dough, light apples, a touch barnyardy. Silky mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Very nice!

@ KJUBZT tasting June 2019. Cloudy golden yellow colour. No head to speak of. Aroma's: sourish, slightly fiunky but soft. Flavour is moderate sour with light bitterness. Medium bodied. Light bitter finish. OK.

75cl Bottle. Murky deep golden colour, thin white head. Aroma is medium sweet, peach, apricot, light yeasty. Flavour of grape skins, gluey bitterness, peach, light sourness. Light bodied. Nice.

Bottle at KJUBZT. Aroma of funky barnyard, brett, citrus, orange, tart and grassy herbs. Taste of herbal yeast, tart, funk, brett, some horseblanket, orange, oak and some boozy funky vanilla in the finish. I like it.

Pale yellow with no real head. Yeasty and lemony aroma. Fruity but pungent, full of lemon and half-fermented overripe berries. Taste is tart verging on sour. After a while, just plain sour. Refreshing but just too demanding for my taste buds.
