Description
Brewed in Silchester and drawing inspiration from new world hops, Germany’s malts and beer styles from across the globe, we vow to make your drinking experience as enjoyable as our brewing.

The Brewery was taken over in early 2022. The new owner then bought Boss Brewing Company in Swansea. Boss went into liquidation, but restarted, and in 2023 Wild Weather closed the Silchester site and relocated to join Boss in Swansea.

Cask at the Nags Head, Reading. A slightly hazy pale amber pour with a loose white head; weak tropical fruit aroma; sweet and rather thin, with some tropical fruit flavours, and a pleasant resinous bitterness that rolls around the mouth; then a lingering grapefruit finish.

Opaque dark brown beer, tidy pale tan head. Palate is airy, semi dry and has reasonable fine carbonation. Tangy dark malts with an unusual sweetish dark chocolate. Little spice. Mellow earthy coffee. Touch of malt cream. Light finish. Tasty stout.

Can. Hazy amber beer, big pale cream colour head. Palate is light, dry and has decent fine carbonation. Caramel malts, tangy and not that sweet. Bitter floralness with a soapy edge. Tangy orange in to a light finish. Tastes a bit better than it sounds.
