Description
Beer is our craft, but Drekker is about more than the contents of a glass. It’s about what happens when a few of those glasses get raised together. It’s about doing what you want to do, in a cool place, with people you want to be with. Drekker is about you after all. We love that you’d care enough to join us, and we can’t wait to see where this voyage goes when a couple more beers get raised together. Valhalla can wait.

We started as many breweries do; just a couple of friends brewing in a garage who loved great beer, had a crazy dream, and worked their asses off to make it come true. We won’t bore you with some long, meandering story about how we all met, or how the stars aligned for the brewery to come together. If you want to know the whole story, we’ll bore you with it in the taproom or just wait for the Lifetime movie to come out. Really, we’re just four regular guys who are serious about beer and not much else.

Can to lager glass.
Appearance: glossy yellow color with some transparency about it and a two and a half fingers of white foamy head. This head slid off casually to leave some messy lace
Aroma: some sweet rice, grassy hops and clean malts.
Flavor: moderately sweet with the rice and hops balancing nicely; clean aftertaste of rice and grassy hops
Texture: light bodied, very sessionable, smooth along tongue; crisp light rice-like finish
Overall: I believe this was brewed to be a rice lager and I would say it fits as far as I know. Also, I dig the Home Alone reference.

Can to tulip.
Appearance: cardboard orange haziness with a one and a half fingers of white foamy head
Aroma: apricots and lemons, a ton of creamy pastry qualities
Flavor: intertwines the apricots and lemons - sweet, tart and sour while meshing with a clean creamy pastry smoothness; clean aftertaste of apricots and lemons
Texture: medium to full bodied, good sipper, thick creaminess coats my tongue; finishes with the lemons and apricots
Overall: nicely done pastry sour ale I would have again and would make a nice dessert ale for Spring or Summer.

Can to tulip.
Appearance: dark purple pour in the glass, lofty one finger off-violer sort of color-ed head which dissipated softly to leave some subtle semi-sticky lace
Aroma: obviously the blueberries, black currants and plums intertwining very nicely through tart, sour and sweet tones and adding in some creamy pastry-like qualities
Flavor: blends all the prior noted aromas sweetly and lusciously tart and semi-sour while leading into a mild aftertaste of creamy blueberries and black currants
Texture: medium to almost full bodied, fairly thick and smooth along my tongue, finishes with tart blueberries and black currants
Overall: I like this pastry sour ale, sure, it's a bit different for true sour ale fans but if you look at it as a pastry sour you might see it in a different light.

Aromas are an interesting mix of citrus, resin, sweat, onion and cat pee. Flavors are similar to nose with very good balance between sweet, bitter and just slightly soft carbonation. Okay body and finish follows flavors. Adding in a bit of dry grain. A touch chewy. Pretty good.

Aromas are mainly resin with some citrus, straw and dry grain. Flavors are similar to nose, but citrus dominates. Very good balance between bitter, sweet and carbonation. Add in a little MJ. Nothing original but very drinkable.
