Huge white & dense head leaving textbook lace over clear golden beer. Lightly grassy, hay nose. Pale malts with a faint bready inclination; aromas of laurel and poplar. Dry malts, again poplar, dry bread, nettles. Clean, crisp finish. Light, if somewhat strange slickness, very good carbonation. Decent pilsner, where the malts take preference over the hops.

Huge thanks to WillemsUrenkel for that one! Bottle looks simple but good. Beer in the glass with a nice head. Fine roasty malty aroma. Coffee hints. Starts strong, roasty-malty, earthy, woody notes. Fine bitter background. Hints of raisins, shy vanilla. Finish well balanced, warming-malty. Nice one!

Bottle at home shared with Laura. Brown color, full sized beige head. Aroma and flavor are malts, smoked malts, malty bitters, bitter, wet leaves in the fall. Hmm not bad.

0,33 l bottle from the brewery booth at Fisch & Feines, Bremen. Cloudy red brown in the glass with a more than one finger pale beige foamy head. Smells malty with alcoholic fruits and baking powder. Taste starts also malty with a lot of dark fruits, little bit boozy in a pleasant way. Nice stuff.
