Bottle, courtesy of Papsoe. A more or less clear one, copper-colored and with a beige head. Caramel and dried fruits in the aroma, some lemony fresh fruits and of cours banana. The flavor has mostly banana and caramel, with some lemony notes and a touch of lemon. Low on bitterness and spices. Medium body, effervescent. Caramel and banana in the finish. A decent one, but really boring. There’s lots of better dunkelweizens than this one. 100813

Bottle from Le Jardin de Bière, St Just Luzac, France. Poured with the yeast included, hazy amber with a big white head. Aroma of rustic yeasts, grainy malts and a hint of spice. Flavour was sweetish, with some caramel, more yeast character and dryish finish. Drinkable.

Bottle. Brown sugar malt aroma. Cloudy dark brown color with nice tan head. Brown sugar malt, light banana and clove flavor. Pretty nice body. Pretty good but not a lot of fruitiness to this one.
