Dipa provning påskadagen. Häller upp och reagerar över enormt mycket skum och kolsyra. Samt något nu förtiden så ovanligt som rostad färg på drycken. Doftar lite kola och svagt ek. Hittils låååååångt från alla moderna Dipor. Ok nu det viktiga SMAKEN. Smörkola, lite vindruvor, slottskällare, tydlig smak av lite mörkare malt. Denna påminner en hel del om En blandning av Engelsk och Amerikansk strong ale. Bra dipa som nog mer är en Strong Ale tycker jag.

Bottled, from Systembolaget. Cloudy amber, rich firm head. Aroma of butter and grapefruit peels. Sweet with medium to full body. Buttery caramel, syrup, notes of citrus. Long bitter finish. A mess.

Bottled, thanks ZWR! Hazy bronze colour, mid sized head. Fruity bready nose. Sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Fruity and bread with some hay. Mid bitter finish.
