Sehr weiß-hellgelb im Glas, sehr trüb mit fester feinporiger Schaumkrone. Toller bananiger Geruch. Der Antrunk ist frisch und bananig. Etwas überreif, aber mild. Zum Hauptteil kommt eine erfrischende, aber doch erstaunlich deutliche Herbe hinzu, die schön mit dem Bier harmoniert, den Gesamtkörper aber etwas in Richtung von vergorener Banane verschiebt. Der Nachgeschmack ist lang - überreife Banane mit weicher Hefenote. Dazu angenehm herb. Malziger, eher wenig würziger Antrunk, Hefenoten. Wenig brotig, die leichte Röstigkeit gefällt. Voluminöser werdend, spritzig bitter. Nettes dunkles Weizen, das aber ruhig noch voluminöser sein dürfte. 10/10/9/9/8/9

Aroma has butter, some grainy malt and grass. Flavour has butter, grassy hops, grainy malt and herbal notes. A bit light but refreshing still, the buttery notes disturb a bit.

Bottle. Creamy white good mostly lasting head. Clear yellow colour. Moderate malty and hoppy and yeasty aroma. Moderate bitter nice flavor. Nice fruity esters. Average moderate bitter finish. Oily palate. Very nice kristall.
