The wheat beer is fruity and creamy. The drinkability is available. Aroma and taste are distinctive. Properly

In the glass makes this beer a decent impression though the foam subsides quickly. The taste is relatively mild for a crystal wheat. In the aftertaste, it’s too lax and slightly watery. An average beer.

Bottled 330ml as "Baisinger Pils" (BZ, BB 08/2011)
Clear golden color, small white head. Grassy hoppy, slightly buttery and metallic aroma. Light to medium bodied. Sweetish malty, grassy hoppy with light buttery notes, lingering bitterness. Stylish German pils!

Bottle. Sweet banana, orange, clove, and wheat malt aroma. Golden yellow color with nice white head and moderate effervescence. Very sweet banana/orange, light clove and light wheat malt flavor. Medium body. Okay but malt flavor is too light.

Bottled 500ml (BZ, BB 08/2011)
Clear pale yellow color, firm small white head. Grainy, a bit buttery nose with hints of metal. Light to medium bodied. Slightly grainy, sweetish malty flavor with hayish hoppyness. Pretty standard German pale lager, perhaps closer to pils than helles. Clean and ok.

Bottled 500ml (BZ, BB 08/2011)
My first beer from this brewery.
Hazy yellow-orange color, big cloudy white head. Banana, bubblegum and spices (clove) in the nose, lots of esters. Medium-bodied. Soft palate. Sweetish overriped banana, banana candy flavor. Grainy wheatyness and some citrus (with sour notes) in the finish. Standard, well-brewed hefeweizen. For summer terrace!
