Bottled. Deep golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is alcohol, some grains, mild herbal and some toffee tones with mild peppery elements to it. Flavour is alcohol, some gluelike sweet fruity tones, mild sweet malts and a bit herbal and earthy tones.

Bottled (from BierZwerg). Yellow colour, mediumsized white head. Aroma is herbs, wood, some apples. Flavour is herbal, grassy, some malty and mild apple notes. Due to the apples, feels like some kind of infection (had in 2011, backlog entering going on, note just in case the brewery reads this).

Bottled. Golden colour with a small foamy head, which leaves some lace. Aroma is banana, some mild herbal tones with a wee bit of toffee. Flavour is floral, grainy, some herbal and mild citrus and wheat tones. It's actually more fun finding a new Kristallweizen than drinking one...

Bottled. Hazy yellowish golden colour with a foamy big lively white head, which also leaves nice lace. Aroma is bananas, some spiciness as well as some yeasty tones and mild sweet grains. Flavour is wheat, some sweet grains, yeasty, mild bananas and some spiciness. Quite a nice body in this one.

Bottle 33cl. Pours a cloudy, pale golden with a lacing, white head. Yeasty, malty nose. Medium body, subtle malty sweetness and again a dose of yeast before a finish bitterness. Solid. 020123

Sehr helle Farbe, sehr trüb. Ordentliche Menge Hefe. Zitronenschale in der Nase. Frisch fruchtig der Geschmack. Zitronenschale und Zitrusfrüchte finden sich auch im Mund. Außerdem ein Hauch von Sekt und Cidre. Sämiges Getreide ist vorhanden. Die Hefe hat auch ihren geschmacklichen Anteil an der Komposition. Milchiges Mundgefühl. Interessant und schmackhaft.
