(Sample #2 [bottled] at the first Biertest-Online Gathering, Düsseldorf, 29.12.06) Clear, pale golden colour with a short frothy white head. Slack and sweet malty, corny nose. Light-sweet, metallic flavour, slim bodied but has a crispy carbonation. Malty, corny taste, typical pale lager character; very light herbal notes towards the slim finish.

Bottled. Light straw colour with a brilliant white head; rather lifeless; aroma of citrus hops, watery with a trace of malt. Not very inspiring. (11/30/2006 - 3/2/4/2/8=1.9)
33cl bottle from M&S, Camberley at 5.5% ABV. Light straw with a ring of white head; flat with a grainy aroma; thin cereal taste; and an unpleasant acrid bitterness. No better than 10 years ago. (6/23/2016 - 5/3/5/2/8=2.3)

Bottle courtesy of and shared with ozujsko (thanks!) White wine nose, slightly sourish, some alcohol. Dark golden/amber colour. Medium sized head, that went away fast. Taste... faint white wine again, some tiny fruitiness, some hoppy bitterness. Not unpleasant, but not impressive. Kinda nice.

Golden amber with fast dissapating white head. Sour grassy spice aroma. Sour grainy dry spice flavor and finish. --- Beer merged from original tick of Splügen ai Tre Luppoli on 28 Jun 2009 at 11:09 - Score: Appearance - 6 | Aroma - 5 | Flavor - 5 | Texture - 6 | Overall - 5. Original review text: Bottle: Poured clear with white head. Aroma is sweet, but can’t pin point the origins. Taste is sweet with a slight hop bitterness at the end.

Bottle, Picked up at Morrisons, Banbury 09-09-06, on offer two four packs for a fiver. Pours golden with a small white head, similar to many other Italian Lagers I’ve had, bit on the thin side, malt and hops are conspicous by their absence, ok they are there but not much.
