Nothing special. A regular pale lager. Some hay, grass and cardboard in smell and just a little hint of bitterness in the taste. Drinkable but easily substituted for almost any lager there is.

From a 12 oz bottle. Pours clear gold with a white head. Light aroma dominated by malt. Flavor is typical of the breed and is best enjoyed in the heat and humidity of India, under which conditions it is quite refreshing.

Murky Yellow Minimal Head, Light Lacing.Sour Malt, light bitterness.Nothing special, drinkable, forgettable. The only interesting aspect to me, it i s one of sponsors for F1 Sahara Force India Team.

Appearance: Clear golden body with a thin white head that disappears instantly. Average carbonation. No lacing.
Taste: Rice, grain and metal. Not great.
Palate: Thin body with a watery mouthfeel. Fizzy carbonation.
Overall: Bog standard lager, maybe a little more bitter than most. Weird rice taste.

Bottled, at Leela Kempinski, Gurgaon, Haryana. Clear pale golden, minimal head. Aroma of boiled vegetables and lacquer. Sweetish and watery with light nody and ckean mouthfeel. The flavour is mostly metal and rice, with some decomposing vegetables chiminmg in. Metallic finish with very slight bitterness.

Smell of maize and starch. Golden colour, white head. Aroma of apple (the Kingfisher issue), starch, some malt and an aftertaste of sugar. Mostly sour. Fizzy and plentiful carbon.

Bottle at Ramna Indian restaurant, Den Haag. Poured a clear amber with a thin white head and lots of carbonation. It’s a malty slightly metallic lager that won’t win too many prizes, but it is refreshing.

Dreaded green bottle. I could smell the skunk the second I popped the bottle cap. Under the skin was some sour barley malt aroma. Hazy yellow with a moderate white head. Sour malt, skunk, and light weedy bitter flavor. Light body, moderate carbonation.

Can - Smells of sourness not citrus, hay and sweet fruits. Color is pale gold minimal head. Taste is caramel malt and no balance of any other flavors other than an unpleasant sweetness and that sourness I smelled. Not very good even by Indian beer standards.

At a tasting, thanks Tom,clear deepish yellow colour, aroma of skunk and soap, flavour of honey and wet cardboard, foul sourness and a light foul bitterness, terrible sensation left in your mouth. Really, really bad.
