Sampler at BCS. Clear orange gold with a small white head. Orange juice on the nose with some light grapefruit and hint of whip cream. Lots of juicy citrus on the palate with some light bitterness that comes in on the finish. 65cl Bottle from drankgigant.nl. A year old. Hazy golden orange colour, white head. Aroma of sweet sticky fruity hops, tropical fruits, grapefruit, citrus, some caramel, malts. Flavour follows, nice soft citrusy hoppy flavour, decent bitter finish. Light to medium bodied. Might be a bit old, still very tasty.

Can from BCS. Shared with family on New Years. Clearish golden orange with a small white head. Lemon zest and biscuit aromas on the nose. Average to above average carbonation with an interesting sweetness on the palate: biscuits and honey with plastic. More lemon zest and maybe lemon pie. Finish is sweetish. Tap at BCS. Clear, gun-metal color with no head. Light smoked aromas with some light tartness and berry notes on the nose. Above average carbonation and with a mineral water-like mouthfeel. Smoked flavor is mostly on the nose and not on the palate. Finish is fruity with some very light tartness. Tap at BCS. Hazy glowing gold with no head. Generic Belgian yeast nose with some light grain. Soft carbonation with medium body. Starts off with some saison-like flavor and sweetness that dissipates into burned plastic. Burned plastic astringent finish. Bottle 22fl.oz. [ As Burnside Oatmeal Pale Ale ].Clear medium amber yellow color with a average, frothy, good to fair lacing, mostly lasting to diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, caramel, oat, moderate hoppy. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a long duration, fruity hops, oat, pale malt, licorice hops notes. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20150811]
