Lots of malt passionfruit. Full body. Decent but not enough bitterness. Good overall

Draft at taproom. Gorgeous por, thick, creamy head. Welcoming aroma, roast grains and chocolate. Taste is a bit more robust, smooth, and alcohol heat creeps in late. Really well done.

Bomber from Whole Foods. Pours a slightly hazy yellow color with a large white head. A soft perfume nose. The flavor is lemons, zesty, a bit of biscuit, bready. A pretty simple clean IPA, zesty, a bit of ginger perhaps. Quite nice.

Bottle at a tasting. Lots of bitterness, but the hops character lost its edge to caramelly candyish sweetish backbone. What hops remains is citrusy, resiny. Good, but not great.

Tasting at the 4th most powerful rater of 2016 place
Hazy golden color. The malt profile is a bit biscuity, the hop is definitively resiny, but there is too much vegetable in the aroma and flavor: cabbage, asparagus.
I have mixed feeling about this one; I can’t say I really like this.

22 oz. bottle, pours a hazy amber orange with a small white head. Aroma brings out earthy, spicy hops, a little pine and some toasted biscuity malt. Flavour brings out an earthy and spicy hop varietal, followed by booze and a little citrus. Earthy and spicy on the finish. Not my type of IIPA, but it's alright.

Dull amber, not much head. Smells fairly bright, with florals, citrus. Has a lot of floral notes, bright orange, and dried flowers. The malts are fairly strong, but they support these hops well with a touch of caramel. A bit chewy, but otherwise a pretty good, older school example.
