Founded in 2013, we are not just Worthington's only craft brewery, we are unique in that we focus on high gravity, full bodied ales. Body is the sensation of fullness of a beer on the palate, while gravity refers to the dissolution of sugars during fermentation, which results in a beer’s alcoholic strength. Full body, high gravity means a big mouth feel and a generally higher alcohol by volume percentage. You don't pound these down, you sip slowly and savor the goodness.

Sample at the taproom. Dark brown pour with a medium tan head that diminishes gradually to a dense film. Small patches of lace. Aroma of roast malt, chocolate and coffee. Medium body with flavors of roast malt, dark chocolate and coffee. The finish is roasty with a coffee and malt aftertaste. Decent overall.

Sample at the taproom. Clear amber color with a medium thin light beige head that recedes steadily to an outer ring. Sticky strings of lace. Malt, caramel and fruit in the nose. Light to medium body with flavors of roasted malt, caramel and mild fruity hops. The finish is sweet with a caramel malt aftertaste. Decent overall.

Sample at the taproom. The beer is a slightly murky peach-orange color with a thin white head that recedes quickly to a wispy film. Floral hops, fruit and malt in the nose. Light-bodied with flavors of floral hops, citrus and roast malt. The finish is mildly bitter with a floral and dank hop aftertaste. Decent overall. Decent overall.
