way over ripe almost Rotten mangoes with mintiness. Low bitterness, low carbonation very drinkable, but don’t like the hops. Just the rotten character interferes. Light body. Medium alpha acidity. Well made but not to my taste

No head, almost translucent brown color. Slightly sweet malty nose , with brown sugar, Licorice and nice Belgian yeast. Reminded me of a dubble. Malty, lots of plums and dark fruit with bubble gum, fairly yeasty, the Shitake makes more of an appearance, wow, great depth, but could use a bit more body. Still this is good

deep golden color. Excellent big bright hoppy nose with apricots, citrus and buscuit notes. Very well balanced good bright hoppy bitterness and excellent backbone. Dry tangerines and citrus notes in the finish. Reminds me of GReen Flash WCIPA in its hey day. Awesome
