Description
The Ecks are called Olivier, Guillaume, Martin and Dominique. They have all been passionate about craft beer for many, many years, and each has been a diligent home brewer since times when we ourselves were unaware of the existence of IPAs and other hoppy pleasures. Brewing in your cellar is good, but the stock melts quickly when all the amateurs in the area come to taste your meager productions.

It is in this context that the fine team decided to join forces and set up, as a family, a nice little local and friendly project. The Taal Brewery was born.
TAAL offers craft beer lovers a surprising range of diversity and finesse.

To the wonderful water of the Vosges, drawn from the water table of the Fecht, we add only noble cereals, liquid yeasts from the best laboratories, and the best hops from around the world. Our only additives are natural, and our beers are neither filtered nor pasteurized.

hazy amber colour, large, dense beige-ish ecru head; aroma of pine resiny, grapefruity, some marmalade, candy sugar and floral notes; taste of hoppy bitterness, malty-caramel sweetness and the same notes as can be felt in the aroma; quite good IPA
