Description
Twin Elephant Brewing Company's vision is to offer an extremely fresh variety of high quality, handcrafted ales and lagers brewed mindfully with locally sourced ingredients when available. Our portfolio of beers are not restricted in style or flavor but will have a decided focus on all the classic styles that we have enjoyed drinking for a decade and a half. Our vision is for our patrons to enjoy these unique local beers in a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere that augments their tasting experience and to share their thoughts with each other as well as us so we can continually improve.
Twin Elephant Brewing Company is founded by three partners with the dream of turning their passion for brewing craft beers into an exciting shared adventure with the local community. Scott McLuskey & Tim Besecker have been homebrewing together for over 10 years starting, like most folks do, in the garage and for the last 5 years Cindy DeRama has joined the crew with a proclivity for recipe formulation using unique ingredients. Throughout the years we have honed our craft, learning and practicing the artistry and science of brewing. All three of us have entrepreneurial experience through both education and acting as key cogs in several small businesses throughout the years.

Crowler from the brewery, via delivery, 4/22/21. Pours a dark brown color with a creamy, frothy, foamy brown head that leaves plenty of brown lace on the glass. Chocolate and coffee, some coconut, a little spice. Sweet. Definitely on the dessert-ish side of the stout street. Tasty overall.

Yes! Can definitely taste the English ale yeast which blends well with the Pilsner malts and hops. My first from them.

Crowler from the brewery, via delivery, 4/20/21. Rating # 9300! Pours a bright, clear white-gold, with a large, fizzy white head that dissipates quickly down to nothing. Dough, white grape, and melon. A little grass, a little corn, a little pine. Drinks with some fizziness. Bright, clean, underrated.

Crowler from Twin Elephant, 4/20/21. Pours out an unclear yellowish color with a nice, frothy, bright white head. Not quite the clarity you'd expect from a self described West Coast IPA, but definitely a great looking beer. Bright, piney, lots of grapefruit, and pineapple. Slightly sweet, slightly bitter. One of the best beers I've had from Twin Elephant, and also, the flavor here is definitely fitting of the day I chose to drink it...

Crowler from Twin Elephant, via delivery, 4/19/21. Pours pink, with a pale pinkish-white head. Pretty much dead on what you'd expect from the combo of strawberry, hibiscus, calamansi, and kumquat. Big berry, fruity sweetness. Light tartness. Some floral, spice notes on the finish. There's a ton of flavor here and it is super unique.

16 oz can from the brewery, via delivery, 3/19/21. Hazy orange pour, white head. Fruity, tropical aroma of passion fruit, mango, pineapple, and little white grape. Starts sweet, but progresses to dry fairly quickly. Tasty stuff. Pretty easy drinking and pretty delicious.

16 oz can from the brewery, via delivery, 3/12/21. 30th Twin Elephant rating! Pours a fully hazed orange color with a white head and a ton of lacework. Lots of resiny pineapple, some mangonion, and a little stone fruit. Big, hoppy beer. Can't complain much about the hop mix at all, as it is on point. Slightly off on the close, but really well done overall.
