Description
Twin Elephant Brewing Company's vision is to offer an extremely fresh variety of high quality, handcrafted ales and lagers brewed mindfully with locally sourced ingredients when available. Our portfolio of beers are not restricted in style or flavor but will have a decided focus on all the classic styles that we have enjoyed drinking for a decade and a half. Our vision is for our patrons to enjoy these unique local beers in a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere that augments their tasting experience and to share their thoughts with each other as well as us so we can continually improve.
Twin Elephant Brewing Company is founded by three partners with the dream of turning their passion for brewing craft beers into an exciting shared adventure with the local community. Scott McLuskey & Tim Besecker have been homebrewing together for over 10 years starting, like most folks do, in the garage and for the last 5 years Cindy DeRama has joined the crew with a proclivity for recipe formulation using unique ingredients. Throughout the years we have honed our craft, learning and practicing the artistry and science of brewing. All three of us have entrepreneurial experience through both education and acting as key cogs in several small businesses throughout the years.

Crowler from the brewery, via delivery, 1/15/21. So excited that they added Middlesex Co. to their delivery area! The pour is a mostly clear rusty orange color with a thin head that dissipates down to almost nothing. Quite funky on the aroma and flavor. Grainy. Brett-forward. Melon and lime. Zesty citrus. This one has a ton of flavor overall. Really enjoyed it.

Crowler from the brewery, via delivery, 1/15/21. Pours a full hazed yellowish-orange color with a white head that leaves some fairly strong, streaky lacework. Bright, fruity aroma and flavor of orange juice, mango, and passion fruit early, with some dank / resiny hop flavors later on. On the sweet side, but with enough bitterness for some balance. It drinks thick and chewy, but also smooth and quick; the ABV is noticeable, but also well hidden - a mouthfeel full of contradictions. Really nice stuff overall.

16 oz can from Brendan, 11/13/20. Dark brown pour, smaller brown head. Aroma is chocolate, coffee, and coconut. Flavor, not terrible, but clearly a little infected. Less than 2 months old, and already not great sadly. I hear it was hit or miss (and great fresh), the can I got was a miss...

Coffee and booze. Should've saved for a Sunday morning Spurs match. Anyway, Poltergeist was excellent. Haven't watched since I was a child. Think the message is pretty clear, too much television rots the mind.

Tonight's film: Poltergeist. DDH, honey comes through exceptionally. Tremendous beer! Thanks B!

Really good. Hazy juice bomb, but be weary of the milk sugar! Thanks B!

16 oz can, thanks Brendan! Pours a fully hazed pale golden-orange color, creamy white-yellowish head, fairly strong lacework. Mangonion, melon, a little apricot. Tropical and somewhat sweet. A little catty. Very smooth, slightly sticky, but not overly so. Really nice.
