About
Twin Elephant Brewing Company's vision is to offer an extremely fresh variety of high quality, handcrafted ales and lagers brewed mindfully with locally sourced ingredients when available. Our portfolio of beers are not restricted in style or flavor but will have a decided focus on all the classic styles that we have enjoyed drinking for a decade and a half. Our vision is for our patrons to enjoy these unique local beers in a relaxing and enjoyable atmosphere that augments their tasting experience and to share their thoughts with each other as well as us so we can continually improve.

Twin Elephant Brewing Company is founded by three partners with the dream of turning their passion for brewing craft beers into an exciting shared adventure with the local community. Scott McLuskey & Tim Besecker have been homebrewing together for over 10 years starting, like most folks do, in the garage and for the last 5 years Cindy DeRama has joined the crew with a proclivity for recipe formulation using unique ingredients. Throughout the years we have honed our craft, learning and practicing the artistry and science of brewing. All three of us have entrepreneurial experience through both education and acting as key cogs in several small businesses throughout the years.

Draft sample at the brewery. Brown pour with a creamy, light brown head. Aroma and flavor are both coffee fuses, but of cinnamon, some unsweetened chocolate. Dry, roasty flavor. Nicely done coffee beer.

Draft sample at the brewery. Clear golden-amber, beige, coating lace. Grapefruit, pine hop aroma. Pretty traditional Centennial-forward IPA, which is something I very much enjoy and don't see nearly as often as I did a few years ago. Tingly carbonation goes well with the dryness and bitterness a pretty lengthy close. Would call this my favorite of their hop forward offerings on visit.

Draft sample at the brewery. Murky grapefruit juice looking pour, no head or lace. Belgian yeast and wheat, orange, coriander, bubble gum, yeast, and other spices. Tingly finishes that lingers on the tongue. Solid.

Draft sample at the brewery. Totally haze filled yellowish color with a strong head and lots of lace. Fruity and grainy aroma and flavor, with mango/papaya, lemon, and some grassy notes. Mid-heavy dry close. Clean.

Draft sample at the brewery. Hazy golden pour. Citrus rind and spice. Fairly dry. Not bad, but slightly underwhelming from a flavor / aroma perspective.

Draft sample at the brewery. Hazy orange pour with a clean white head and some fairly strong lace. Bit of spice, papaya type tropical hops, and some wheat. Tastes similar, gets a bit thin through the mouthfeel, finishes light dry, spicy tingle. Lighter bodied. Decent, quick, and a little thin. Very drinkable, would have probably guessed a lower ABV.
