Description
Wicklow Wolf was established in late 2014 after the meeting of two likeminded friends with a common interest in good beer. Quincey Fennelly and Simon Lynch both fell in love with craft beer while living in California for many years. Setting up a brewery together was always inevitable.

Tapped. Unclear orange golden with a creamy head. Mango, physalis, papaya, passion fruit, lemon zest, grapefruit, pine, resin, lime juice. Dry hoppy zesty bitterness. Medium to full bodied, oily texture, lively to soft carbonated, dry hoppy zesty bitter finish. A very nice, classic zesty hoppy West Coast IPA in a great condition. Even superbly refreshing.
